The project consists of the construction of a new Student Accommodation

The building will include: approximately 278 nr student accommodation
bedspaces together with ancillary services; a medical facility/wellness center; 3
no.ancillary retail service units at ground floor level; student support services
including disability offices, technology assistant offices; an estate management
facility, sports and recreational facilities at basement levels and ancillary works.
