— The national requirement will be divided up into 28 lots.
— For Lot 1 (Dublin), An Post is looking to set up a contract with one or more suppliers. For the remaining 27 Lots, An Post is looking to set up single party framework agreements.

An Post operates in excess of 750 small, light medium and medium sized in-
house managed vehicles of various brands in approx. 140 locations across 26
counties covering the collection and delivery of mail. The majority of the activity
operates between 6:00am and 7:30pm Monday to Friday.
Proposals will be accepted by service providers who are interested in single or
multiple lots.
The service provider(s) will be required to manage the following on behalf of An
Post:- • Scheduled maintenance • Scheduled on-site inspections • Unscheduled
maintenance • Crash repairs • Breakdown & recovery • DOE Testing •
