    Total quantity or scope:

    An Post is seeking to enter into a single operator Framework Agreement for the nationwide supply and fit of tyres, and tyre related services. It is anticipated that the Agreement will commence in Q3 2016 and continue for a period of 3 years with the option of extending for an additional 2 years (5 years) and a further 2 years (7 years) subject to a year on year review.

    The scope of this tender includes:

    • Supply of new tyres

    • Fitting of new tyres including balancing

    • Wheel balancing

    • Puncture repair

    • Wheel Alignment on Approval

    • Damaged Wheel Rim replacement on Approval

    • Certified Tyre casing disposal

    • Out of hour’s Mobile assistance

    • Monthly Reporting

    The ideal solution will include, but not be limited to, the following:-

    • Nationwide fixed rate for supply, fit and balance of each tyre size.

    • Nationwide fixed call out rate for Tyre Services

    • Single point of contact for Tyre Services call out

    • Nationwide network of providers

    • One invoice per month for all tyres fitted and services provided

    • MIS Reporting
