    These Instructions to Tenderers, Equipment Requirements and Terms and

    Conditions are for the supply of Strategic Development Advisory Services as

    detailed in Section D herein, to The University of Dublin, Trinity College (see

    Section A, para.2, hereafter referred to as BUYER).

    Trinity College Dublin is seeking to establish a framework agreement with a

    single supplier for the provision of Strategic Development Advisory Services.
