    Total quantity or scope:

    The Contracting Authority wishes to tender for the services of suitability qualified catering service providers. It is for the provision of canteen and catering services to the Agency’s Headquarters in Wexford, these services are to be provided during working hours on 5 days a week.

    Contract hours 9:30am – 3:30pm.

    Numbers on site: approximately 150 staff + others.

    Mid-Morning Break: Hot and cold beverages and a range of confectionery to include pastries; scones; fruit; etc, to be available from 10:30 to 11:30

    Lunch time Service: Provide a Lunchtime service, to include freshly cut sandwiches, rolls, soup, salad plates, wraps, panini, confectionery, soft drinks and crisps etc.

    Internal Meetings: Provide tea/coffee and lunches (cold) for internal meetings as requested i.e. beverages/confectionery/fruit.

    Events/Special Occasions: Provide refreshments on request for events and special occasions, e.g. Retirements; Large gatherings (circa 200), Seasonal occasions. Requirements to be agreed with Service Provider on an event basis; circa 6-10 events per annum.

    Housekeeping:

    Fully clean the canteen, sanitise all utensils, fully clean all cutlery and crockery, replenish staff preparation area with cutlery and crockery, vacuum and mop all canteen floor surfaces daily. Ensure that the service areas and food preparation areas comply with Health and Safety and HACCP Regulations.
