    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Services for the administration of the Burren Locally Led Programme (hereinafter

    referred to as “the Programme“) which will be directed at managing high nature

    value farmland for conservation within the Burren. The programme is co-financed

    by the EU under Ireland‘s Rural Development Programme. The service involves

    the administration and delivery of the Burren Programme under the Rural

    Development Programme 2014 – 2020. It is envisaged that up to 500 farms will

    be included within the Programme, and the programme will be delivered by the

    service provider contracted as a result of this competition. The service provider

    will be known for this purpose as “the Burren Team“
