    submit a competitive tender proposal for a complete turnkey package to include

    the dismantling and removal of the existing temporary modular office building

    and for the supply, delivery and siting of the new building as outlined in Appendix

    A to include the connection of utility and electrical services as outlined in

    Appendix B.
