    The Competition relates to the establishment of Framework Agreements for two

    lots.The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with

    the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for Lot 1 and a Framework

    Agreement with the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for Lot 2. For

    the avoidance of doubt, the same Tenderer may win both Lots.
