o Development of an overall communications strategy for Cosc based on a clear understanding of the audience types and behaviours.
o Development of all advertising materials on behalf of Cosc to include, but not limited to, TV / AV advertising, radio advertising, print advertising, OOH advertising and digital advertising.
o Measurement of campaign effectiveness over time
o Development of a media strategy based on an understanding of target audience media behaviours and insights.
o Development of media plans that will effectively and efficiently deliver the strategy and enhance the effectiveness of the Creative approach.
o Cost efficient buying of media on behalf of Cosc to include, but not limited to TV / AV, radio, press, OOH, digital channels.
