This competition is for the construction of a 4.38km road improvement scheme,

consisting of 2.3km of new and/or realigned road, 2.08km of online road

improvements and all associated works including the provision of new drainage. It

also includes the provision of approximately 2.8 km of facilities for vulnerable road

users (cyclists & pedestrians) with new public lighting.
