    Beaumont Hospital intends to establish three single-party framework agreements as follows:

    1) Single party framework agreement for the provision of cleaning services;

    2) Single party framework agreement for the provision of decontamination by hydrogen peroxide technology;

    3) Single party framework agreement for the provision of decontamination by ultraviolet irradiation.

    The Contracting Authority undertakes that each of these three framework agreements will not be established until the expiry of a period of fourteen calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of electronic notification of all concerned tenderers under each lot. This ‘standstill period‘ is being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
