    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation invites suitably qualified providers to tender for the provision of an online application to support the ability for Departmental staff to receive Trusted Partner Registration and Employment Permit applications and the online payment of fees.

    The high level requirements of the project are:

    • the design of a sequence of secure interactive web based forms that will support the completion online of :

    o Trusted Partner Registration applications,

    o Employment Permits applications by a Trusted Partner, and

    o Employment Permits applications by a Standard Employer,

    • online payment option to pay for employment permits,

    • provision of data entered in an agreed format for population of the back office, and

    • one year post go-live support and maintenance.
