    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    daa plc is developing it‘s Dublin Airport Central campus which is located

    adjacent to Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport. The first building in the development

    has been let to a single tenant. The next building will be an A Grade, Leed Gold

    accredited building approximately 10,000sqm. The building will be suitable for

    single or multi- let tenants. A food and beverage unit is also part of the ground

    floor plan. daa plc are seeking a Commercial Property Agent that will provide a

    range of services that may be required for the first and any future buildings in

    this office development.

    daa plc are seeking a Commercial Property Agent that will provide a range of services that may be required for the first and any future buildings in this office development.

    Services included will be:

     advise and prepare marketing material for the letting

     actively market both within Ireland and internationally

     obtain tenants on a pre-let basis for part or all of the buildings

     to adapt marketing plan for a fully fitted specification, as required by the tenant

     negotiate the optimum commercial terms

     commercial advice on the Dublin Airport Central development

     market updates and commentary
