Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier for the provision of
Community Forum Management / Social Media Engagement / Contact Centre
Services. The successful candidate must be capable of servicing, managing and
engaging customers using a range of channels. The core services to be
provided are Digital Community Engagement, Marketing Programme Development & Management, Centre Operations plus Collaboration & Communication. Currently, our key interaction points are the Ireland.com Community Forum, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram and inbound consumer email. This list is indicative but is not exhaustive. Tourism Ireland Tourism Ireland is seeking to appoint a Services Provider for the next 3 years, commencing no later than 1st November 2016, with the option to extend annually for a further 4 years. Annual renewal will be subject to satisfactory performance, budget and other factors.

This Call for Requests to Participate is the first stage in a 2-stage restricted tender process.
Tenders must be submitted in hard and soft copy by the deadline stated.
All hard copy Tenders must be sent in clearly marked envelopes.
Tourism Ireland cannot accept responsibility for applications that are lost or damaged in the post.

Tourism Ireland is subject to the provisions of the Code of Practice on Freedom of Information for North South Implementation Bodies and Tourism Ireland.
Award of this contract will be subject to selected candidate obtaining a Tax Clearance Certificate as required by the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
The contract will be subject to Irish law.
