    Tenderers are invited to participate in a competitive process to establish a Multi

    Supplier Framework Agreement for the manufacture, supply and delivery of stock

    size operational and service dress footwear to both male and female staff

    members of the framework client(s). The purpose of this Competition is to

    establish a Multi-Member Framework Agreement to supply the Goods as set out

    in this RFT. And to award an Initial Goods Framework Contract in respect of the

    Irish Defence Forces.
