    The Contracting Authority observed a statutory period of fourteen calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of electronic notification of all concerned tenderers, between the notification of all concerned tenderers and the formal establishment of this framework agreement. This ‘standstill period’ is being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
