    Iarnród Éireann’s wish to enter into a single party three year framework

    agreement for the supply of lift and escalator maintenance and repair services at

    various locations throughout the railway network.

    Refer to Regional Map 0.0-G00-001- Quantities of Lift & Escalator assets are

    follows:

    East Region – 48 Lifts – 3 Escalators – 2 Wheel chair lifts

    South Region – 56 Lifts – 10 Escalators – 5 Wheel chair lifts

    West Region – 26 Lifts – 2 Escalators – 1 Wheel chair lift

    Iarnród Éireann’s existing contract for the maintenance and repair Lifts &

    Escalators across the Iarnród Éireann network expires in October 2016.

    The contractor will be required to undertake both planned and unplanned

    maintenance activities as well as providing a 24/7 call centre, training for IE staff

    and upgrade & repair works as required during the course of the contract.

    A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is also attached to this notice and a hard copy

    must be completed and returned as directed.

    Questionnaire.

    Section 5.1 refers to MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

    Section 5.3 refers to TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL ABILITY which will only be

    applicable in the event that the criteria in Section 5.1 are met.
