    Kilmurry Village comprises supply and installation of kitchen / living room and

    bedrooms loose furniture items. The houses in Kilmurry Village will be

    refurbished on a phased basis over the Summers of 2016 and 2017.

    Approximately 50% of the houses will be refurbished in each phase and furniture

    deliveries will be required to meet this programme.

    University of Limerick will conduct a pre-qualification assessment process for the Kilmurry Village project to identify the 6 highest scoring candidates for each Lot, subject to their being sufficient number of prequalified Applicants.
