    The Contracting Authority has established two framework agreements for the supply of hand-care products, as more fully described in the Invitation to Tender document available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie. In addition to supplying the required products, the successful framework members will be responsible for the installation of all associated dispensers and for the provision of all educational support required for use of the hand-care products.

    Lot 1 of this competition concerns an alcohol-based hand hygiene product, an alcohol-based surgical hand preparation and liquid soap. Lot 2 of this competition concerns protective hand moisturiser.

    Lodging of appeals

    Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals:

    The Contracting Authority observed a statutory ‘standstill period‘ of fourteen calendar days between the notification of all concerned tenderers and the formal establishment of these framework agreements. This period commenced on the day after the date of electronic issue of formal notification periods and was being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
