    2. Quality, relevance and depth of experience of the Contracted Engineer in relation to:Control and management of expenditure on construction works in line with public financial and procurement procedures; programming and co-ordinating of construction site works involving multiple subcontractors and utility companies; setting out work on site using GIS and other surveying equipment and systems; supervision of civil engineering activities such as excavation, shuttering, steel-fixing, concrete works, piling, groundworks and other ancillary activities; liaison with stakeholders and/or statutory agencies and/or utility companies in relation to a construction project; complying with all Health & Safety & Welfare legislation and safeguarding the Health & Safety and welfare of all working on construction site; complying with all environmental legislation (Fisheries Acts, Wildlife Acts, Habitat Directive, Special Areas of Conservation) in relation to construction work; and ICT skills including Word, Excel, Project Management, Mapinfo, Autocad (or equivalent) . Weighting 80
