    The existing service agreements for the wind farms which are the subject of this procurement competition expire during 2016/2017.

    Three options will be considered:

    Option 1: Full Service & Availability Agreement including capital components.

    Option 2: Service & Availability Agreement excluding capital components.

    Option 3: Supply of capital components and spare parts.

    The scope of service will include provision of all materials, plant, equipment, labour and services for the Wind Farm as outlined above for an initial period of 5 years from the Award of Contract, with an option to extend for a further 5 years, or up to the end of design life, which ever is the longer, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Entity .

    Applicants should confirm that they will be willing to provide as a minimum Option 1 scope or Option 2 scope as part of their pre-qualification submission. The decision on the final option will be determined either after the pre-qualification assessment or after tender evaluation/negotiation, at the Contracting Entity’s sole discretion.
