Agreements (WTGSAA2016)
The existing service agreements for the wind farms which are the subject of this procurement competition expire during 2016/2017.
Three options will be considered:
Option 1: Full Service & Availability Agreement including capital components.
Option 2: Service & Availability Agreement excluding capital components.
Option 3: Supply of capital components and spare parts.
The scope of service will include provision of all materials, plant, equipment, labour and services for the Wind Farm as outlined above for an initial period of 5 years from the Award of Contract, with an option to extend for a further 5 years, or up to the end of design life, which ever is the longer, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Entity .
Applicants should confirm that they will be willing to provide as a minimum Option 1 scope or Option 2 scope as part of their pre-qualification submission. The decision on the final option will be determined either after the pre-qualification assessment or after tender evaluation/negotiation, at the Contracting Entity’s sole discretion.
This wind farm was installed in 2005.
It has 70 no. Vestas V52 0.85MW wind turbines.
Three options will be considered:
Option 1: Full Service & Availability Agreement including capital components.
Option 2: Service & Availability Agreement excluding capital components.

It has 14 no. Vestas V52 0.85MW wind turbines.

The scope of service will include provision of all materials, plant, equipment, labour and services for the Wind Farm as outlined above for an initial period of 5 years from the Award of Contract, with an option to extend for a further 5 years, or up to the end of design life, which ever is the longer, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Entity .

The scope of service will include provision of all materials, plant, equipment, labour and services for the Wind Farm as outlined above for an initial period of 5 years from the Award of Contract, with an option to extend for a further 5 years, or up to the end of design life, which ever is the longer, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Entity .

It is our intention to use the Irish Government Procurement portal (www.etenders.gov.ie) for this competition. Interested parties must register their interest on the e-Tenders website. Registration is free of charge. All information relating to and including the pre-qualification documents, any clarifications and changes will be issued/published via this portal (www.etenders.gov.ie). The contracting entity will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed) via third parties.
All such requests for participation must be received on or before (12.00GMT) on Wednesday 16 March 2016.
Responses to the pre-qualification questionnaire are required on or before (16.00GMT) on Monday 21 March 2016.
