    CIET carries approximately 14,000 tour passengers per annum with approximately 370 departures. Tours typically range in duration from 5 to 23 days and cover Great Britain and Ireland. CIET has appointed economic operators onto a multi-party Framework Agreement for a period of three (3) years from January 2016, with an option to extend for a further period of one year. Framework members will have the opportunity to provide passenger services for the Scheduled Tour Programme for Great Britain & Ireland. This is a non-mandatory notice as this procurement process falls outside the requirements of Directive 2004/17/EC. The process will be conducted largely in accordance with the negotiated procedure, but will avail of the non applicability of the requirement for a standstill period and the application of the Remedies Directive 2007.
