The Supply of A4 Repayment Cheques
The Office of the Revenue Commissioners is seeking suitable qualified high
security printers to establish a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the
printing and supply of an estimated 2 million blank cheques over a 4-year period.
Proposals are sought from suitably qualified companies who are currently
involved in the manufacture of high security documentation; have the highest level
of physical and internal security features; and are currently involved with
deliveries to Cash-in-Transit standards.
The Revenue Commissioners Ireland are deferring the closing date for receipt of expressions of interest for “The Establishment of a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of A4 Repayment Cheques” from 18th February 2016 to 23rd February 2016. This deferment is due to the fact that one of the mandatory requirements per the original Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is no longer considered by Revenue to be a mandatory requirement. The additional response time allocated is to facilitate interested parties who may now wish to submit an expression of interest.
A new version of the PQQ, reflecting the non- mandatory status of this requirement and relevant date changes has been uploaded to eTenders and emailed to interested parties.
