      Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Mechanical Contractors

      who wish to be considered for the alterations and refurbishment of the building as

      follows:

      Unit A: removal of internal walls and construction of new dock levellers and roller

      doors to rear of building

      Unit B: Provision of new canteen, office and archive areas (the latter of which will

      be located in the basement)

      Unit C: Provision of new reception, offices, meeting rooms and other ancillary

      associated area. New dock levellers and roller doors will be constructed to the

      rear of this unit also. A forklift charging station will be provided in the warehouse

      section of the building.

      Mechanical and Electrical services will be upgraded throughout. One (1) new lift

      will be installed to serve 3 floors, having four (4) stops to serve staggered levels.

      Regrading of site to accommodate proposed dock levellers and a new waste

      compound with fencing will also form part of the contract.
