Request for tenders for the provision of a Project Support Services Consultant
Dublin
NPHDB requires a consultant capable of procuring project support resources on
both a short and long term basis during the design and development of the project
The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years. For further information as to the scope please see the Request for Tenders.

As set out in the RFT, the Authority anticipates a prime contractor/sub-contractor structure. However, the Authority reserves the right to require the successful Tenderer(s) to adopt such other legal structure as the Contracting Authority deems necessary (e.g. entering into the contract on a joint venture basis).
The successful tenderer will be expected to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to entering into the Contract.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the process at any time. The Contracting Authority shall not be obliged to enter into a contract with any tenderer.
The Contracting Authority accepts no liability for any costs and/ or expenses incurred by any Tenderer in connection with the competition (including the application and/ or attendance interview, if required).
Tenderers should note that this competition is not governed by the provisions of Directive 2004/18/EC or the Irish regulations transposing that Directive, and the Contracting Authority does not bind itself to follow the procedures or rules set out in that Directive/Regulations in this competition.
