      Tenders are invited for the Completion of the design to working drawings stage,

      the Supply

      and Installation of the components forming the Furniture Package, within the

      parameters set

      by the performance specification and drawings provided by the architect.

      The elements which constitute the contract work comprise any/all of the

      following, as

      applicable:-

      • Supply, delivery and installation of furniture package

      • testing/certification

      • samples/mock ups

      The successful tenderer will be required to carry out and be responsible for the

      satisfactory

      performance of the various elements as aforesaid from the points of view of

      stability,

      durability, appearance, etc. in compliance with the terms of the performance

      specification.

      In addition to anything mentioned above for guidance purposes, the tenderer is

      advised to take

      cognisance of the overriding principle that the design and price is to be all-

      inclusive of

      everything required to complete the Furniture Package both individually and in

      conjunction

      with surrounding surfaces.

      Anything mentioned in the Architects specification and/or shown on the drawings

      shall be

      deemed to be included in the tender price, regardless of whether or not such

      features and/or

      conditions are also specifically referred to in this Pricing Document.

      Each tender must also include for the cost of all testing, certification, and

      associated

      procedures, as required by the relevant sections of the performance

      specification.
