    This public procurement competition relates to the Provision of specialist

    personnel to support the National Broadband Plan (NBP) and specifically in the

    procurement management, contract management (network and build) and

    contract governance (operation stage) of the NBP intervention. The NBP

    intervention is being driven by the Department of Communications, Energy and

    Natural Resources, situated at 29-31 Adelaide Road, Dublin, D02 X285.

    This tender requests a firm/consortium to provide specialist personnel to support

    the NBP by filling roles in the following areas:

    - Area A: Project Management and Procurement Governance;

    - Area B: Financial and Commercial Services; and

    - Area C: Technical Services.
