    DCU wishes to procure a Two-photon Laser Lithography System, in accordance

    with the requirement specifications below. Two-photon laser lithography is a 3D

    laser lithography system, using direct laser writing. This is the only technology

    enabling the manufacturing of real 3D objects with sub-micrometer precision in

    one process step.
