    Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, has on-going requirements for Design

    Services for small projects and for studies / evaluations / reviews, as it seeks to

    improve, adapt, and extend its Higher Education campus facilities, at it‘s main

    campus in Limerick city, and at a new campus (from July 2016) at Thurles, Co.

    Tipperary.

    MIC wishes to make a single operator framework appointment of an Architect-led

    single point design team (SPDT), with all design disciplines and ancillary services

    engaged onder the single appointment, with a single point of contact,

    responsibility, accountability, and liability.

    The Single Point Design Team will in general report to MIC‘s Project Managers.

    The currently appointed Project Managers (on a framework appointment,

    extending to the end of 2018) are AECOM.

    The following are typical services required from the SPDT:

    *Development and implementation of Design Standards for MIC Estates.

    *Project Feasibility Investigations

    *Liaison with internal user groups and preparation of project briefs.

    *Undertaking of compliance reviews of the College‘s buildings

    *Technical Evaluation of lands and buildings proposed for acquisiton

    *Full Design services for delivery of minor (construction cost ‹€1.0m) projects
