    The Contracting

    Authority intends to

    establish a

    framework agreement

    with a suitably

    qualified and

    experienced economic

    operator for the

    provision of

    cochlear implant

    surgical procedures

    for paediatric

    patients. The

    required procedures

    will be undertaken

    at the successful

    framework member’s

    premises. Primarily,

    the successful

    framework member

    will be responsible

    for performing

    surgeries for

    sequential patients

    waiting for surgery

    for second cochlear

    implants. However,

    this framework

    agreement may also

    be utilised to

    fulfil any other

    requirements in

    relation to cochlear

    implant surgery

    potentially arising

    over the term of the

    agreement.

However, this framework agreement may also be utilised to fulfil any other requirements in relation to cochlear implant surgery potentially arising over the term of the agreement
