    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    In carrying out its functions in relation to small public service vehicles, the

    Authority has a Compliance Team, comprising of a number of Compliance

    Officers plus administrative and managerial support.

    To augment the resources of the existing Compliance Section, the Authority

    proposes to engage a Supplier to provide the following resources:

    • Persons to carry out compliance and enforcement functions as required by

    the Authority; and

    • A person or persons to support the Authority’s administration of the

    compliance function.

    For the purposes of the evaluation of this tender competition only, Tenderers

    may assume a team of up to 13 Authorised Persons will be appointed, together

    with the managerial and administrative support considered necessary by the

    Tenderer.
