      Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Building Contractors

      who wish to be considered for the alterations, refurbishment and extension of the

      building as follows:

      Unit A: removal of internal walls and construction of new dock levellers and roller

      doors to rear of building

      Unit B: Provision of new canteen, office and archive areas (the latter of which will

      be located in the basement and within a new mezzanine at first floor)

      Unit C: Provision of new reception, offices, archive and other ancillary associated

      area (archives will be located in the basement and within a new mezzanine at first

      floor). New dock levellers and roller doors will be constructed to the rear of this

      unit also.

      Proposed extension, approximately 400sq.m, will be constructed to the rear of the

      building to house the forklift charging station.

      Mechanical and Electrical services will be upgraded throughout. Two (2) new lifts

      will be installed to serve 3 floors, each having five (5) stops to serve all levels.

      Regrading of site to accommodate proposed dock levellers and a new waste

      compound with fencing will also form part of the contract.
