The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process using a single
stage negotiated procedure to award a contract to meet the following
requirements:
The design, manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning, performance
evaluation, certification, maintenance and training in respect of safe use of Fast
Fill CNG station equipment at Inchera, Little Island, Co. Cork, Ireland. Equipment
required includes compressor, storage, dispensers and all required ancillaries and
safety systems, including all detail outlined in the technical specification.

If any of the conditions set out in Regulation 53(1) of The European Communities (Award of Public Authorities Contracts) Regulations apply to the applicant, the applicant will be excluded from the competition.

The Contracting Entity is conducting a single stage negotiated procedure. Tenders must meet the minimum requirements and be shortlisted in accordance with the selection criteria in order to have their tender evaluated in accordance with the award criteria.
The Contracting Entity may conduct briefing sessions by teleconference for those who express an interest in this Contract. Details of the session(s) will be provided to tenderers who have expressed an interest.
Tender Documents will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Shared Services Procurement Manager to tenders@ervia.ie
The Documents will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of candidates. Submissions must be completed and returned to the address in I.1. above not later than 12:00hrs Wednesday 10th February 2016. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. This process may also include interviews with candidates. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.
