    from economic operators (‘Candidates’).

    The purpose of this competition is to establish a Multi Supplier Framework

    Agreement for the supply of ‘Creative and Digital Services’. This Framework

    Agreement will be divided into two lots:

    Lot 1: Creative Services

    Lot 2: Digital Services
