      2) Treatment, Consultation, Group and Counselling rooms.

      3) Ancillary accommodation including staff facilities.

      The proposed building will be constructed in the environs of a protected structure.

      St Fintan’s Hospital buildings are included in the Laois County Council Record of

      Protected Structures County Development Plan 2011-2017.
