    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    This contract is for the repair of various types of electrical / electronic vehicle

    components. The vehicle types involved are the passenger services coaches and

    buses operated throughout Ireland by Bus Eireann and the components involved

    include various types of column direction indicators, heater controls, switches,

    gear selector units, circuit boards, air conditioning controls, indicators,

    instruments, demister units. fuel gauges, lighting inverters, door control modules

    etc. The contract will be for a three year period with an option for Bus Eireann to

    extend the term for up to an additional two years. Bus Eireann may award a single

    contract or divide the listing of components involved and award to more than one

    contractor.
