    The Contracting Authority intends to establish the following four single-party framework agreements:

    Lot 1 - The Validation of Automatic Endoscope Reprocessors (AERs);

    Lot 2 - The Validation of Endoscope Drying / Storage Units

    Lot 3 - The Validation of Low -Temperature Gas Sterilisation Units

    Lot 4 - Authorised Engineer (Decontamination) Services.

    Each lot will operate as a separate and distinct single-party framework agreement. If a tender is submitted for more than one lot, separate tender submissions must be provided.

    The Contracting Authority undertakes that each of these framework agreements will not be established until after the expiry of a statutory ‘standstill period‘ of fourteen calendar days. This ‘standstill period‘ commences on the day after the date of electronic notification of all concerned tenderers of the outcome of this competition and is being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
