    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Authority requires a suitable Human Resource Consultancy provider to

    deliver HR consultancy and organisational developmental services to the

    Authority, as further set out in the Specifications of Service Requirements in the

    Request for Tenders document.

    The successful Tenderer must also be capable of delivering strategic advice and

    assistance in the areas of HR strategy, organisational development, and have

    competence to deal with statutory, political, governmental, Public Sector and other

    key stakeholders. The approximate number of Authority staff is 80 which are all

    based at Dún Scéine, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Lane, Dublin 2.
