    This public procurement competition relates to the design and delivery of a

    comprehensive modular Accredited Executive Leadership Learning and

    Development Programme to develop staff at the grades of Principal Officer (PO)

    and Assistant Principal Officer (AP) or equalivent. The learning and development

    programme will be required to provide these grades with the interpersonal and

    professional skills and competencies required to undertake their roles in the

    Department. This competition is being run by the Office of Government

    Procurement on behalf of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.
