This is a Prior Information Notice.
HEAnet intends to issue tenders to procure:
Software and Services, Data network support services, Software
package and information systems, Educational software packages, License
management software package, Network monitoring software,managed circuits,
dark fibre circuits, computers, journals, books, optical equipment services, servers, scanning services, converged infrastructure technologies,
and associated equipment including support.
There is no guarantee that contracts will arise, but interested parties should note that as and when contracts arise they will be advertised on the Irish government
procurement portal www.etenders.gov.ie and the Official Journal of the EU (where applicable).
The areas may be awarded as contracts or framework agreements.
The start dates are not known at this stage.
