    CIÉ has a requirement for a modern, open, flexible, and cost effective solution

    for the provision of Fixed and Mobile Voice and Data services that will support its

    requirements over the next four years. CIÉ now invites applications from

    suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for

    admission to this multi-lot, multi-party Telephony Services Framework

    Agreement comprising:

    • Lot 1: Fixed Services (Voice and Data)

    • Lot 2: Mobile Services (Voice and Data).

    The term of the Agreement will be 4 years. It is anticipated that an initial two

    year contract will be awarded per each Lot. Before the expiry of the initial two

    years, the remaining two year requirement will be mini-tendered among

    Framework participants.

    Additional information:

    This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process (Pre-Qualification Stage). In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for admission to this Framework Agreement, interested parties must complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provided. The purpose of this PQQ is to obtain sufficient information to enable the Contracting Authority to establish that applicants have the necessary resources and capacity to achieve the contract objectives. Only suitably qualified candidates will be invited to the second stage of this process (Tender Stage).
