    The RSA may wish from time to time to purchase high visibility safety products

    which includes high visibility vests, bags, armbands and so on together with high

    vis accessories. The RSA is conducting this tender competition inviting tenders

    for the supply of certain high visibility safety products.

    The Supplier must be engaged in the business of supplying high visibility safety

    products and related services.
