    UCD wishes to establish a Multi Operator Framework Agreement for Integrated Design Teams who if successful, will provide professional design and consultancy related services for the development of the Centre for Future Learning. Following the establishment of the framework, UCD reserves the right to engage to procure subsequent call-off contracts from the framework panel and engage with the successful candidate to carry out services associated with other campus-based facilities in upgrading or developing areas over the life time of the Framework.
