The collections will be of varying origin, age, condition and scale, incorporating a range of formats, media and languages; preparation of material for digitisation; utilisation and configuration of digital asset management systems; compliance with standards for archives, digitisation, metadata, preservation and other aspects; implementation of effective digital rights management and redaction systems. The Single Party Framework Agreement will be established for two years, with the option to extend annually for another two years. Full details of requirements are detailed in the Invitation to Tender document which is available for download from the etenders website at www.etenders.gov.ie.
