    The Embassy of Ireland is seeking to contract technical expertise from a

    consultant / company primarily to provide oversight and assurance that Ireland’s

    General Budget Support and other aid support to Mozambique is spent efficiently

    and strengthens government systems, and secondly to facilitate increased

    exchange and cooperation on economic and business opportunities that could be

    further developed between Ireland and Mozambique.
