    Roscommon County Council wishes to establish and operate a multi-supplier

    Framework Agreement for the provision of Consultant Civil Engineering

    Services , including the provision of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)

    Services for Unfinished Housing Development Site Resolution Projects

    The consultants included on the Framework Agreement, who will be appointed

    individually, will be required to provide professional design related services on

    projects for the Planning Department The Framework Agreement shall cover all

    aspects of Unfinished Housing Development Site Resolution including:

     Civil Engineering Design

     Structural Investigation, Analysis & Design

     Quantity Surveying

     Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)

     Traffic Management Planning

     Works Contract Procurement utilising the Capital Works Management

    Framework

     CAD Draughting

     Land Surveying

     Sewer & Manhole Condition Investigation including CCTV Surveying

     Water Audit and Leak Detection Surveying

     Public Lighting Auditing

    The proposed number of framework Consultants will be a minimum of 5 (provided

    sufficient Tenders qualify for admission to the Framework). The framework will

    apply for a two year period with an option to extend it for a further two periods of

    one year.
