Short description of nature and quantity or value of supplies or services:

The Authority has a fleet of RIBs and looking to expand the size of the fleet in

order to be able to increase the prevalence of our Inshore Patrol Enforcement

Programme.

This contract is aimed at covering a number of issues:

1. An immediate requirement to purchase 5 new RIBs

2. To purchase an associated PPM programme covering 5 years

3. To provide for a further Drawdown Requirement for up to an additional 5 RIBs

with associated programme.

4. For the total duration of the Contract in place of 10 years.

This Prior Information Notice is to inform the market of our requirement, but not as

yet to seek responses.

Suppliers must be aware that the initial requirement of 5 RIBs would be fully

commissioned before the end of 2015.
