    This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Multi

    Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision and Implementation of

    Customer Relationship Management Software Solutions (CRM).

    The Framework Agreement is divided into two Lots namely;

    Framework Agreement Lot 1: Provision and Implementation of CRM software as

    an On Premises solution.

    Framework Agreement Lot 2: Provision and Implementation of CRM software as a

    SaaS/Cloud solution.
