    This public procurement competition relates to the Repairs, Repainting and the

    Recovery of Military Vehicles.For this procurement the Director of Transport

    proposes to offer a fixed price, two (2) year draw-down contract from the date of

    issue of the letter of award, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years,

    subject to review and agreement on prices for years three & four.

    It should be noted that vehicles for repairs will be based in the Transport Workshops, Curragh Camp Co Kildare and tenderers must state the cost applied for the recovery of vehicles from the Curragh Camp to the Tenderers Workshops to facilitate repairs and then returning the vehicle to the Curragh on completion of these repairs.

    It should also be noted that the Officer Commanding, Vehicle Base Workshops, Logs Base Curragh, Curragh Camp, Co Kildare, will call off his requirements under this contract. Purchase Orders will only be issued to meet actual requirements.
