Two single party framework agreements for the supply of cranial perforators (Lot 1) and craniotomy flap fixations sets (Lot 2)

The Contracting
Authority intends to
establish two
single-party
framework agreements
for the supply of
cranium perforators
(lot 1) and the
supply of craniotomy
flap fixation sets
(lot 2). In the
first instance, a
contract of two
years’ duration will
be awarded under
each framework
agreement. Over the
course of each
framework agreement,
the successful
framework member may
be required to
provide additional
related clinical
items, depending
upon clinical need.

A grouping, if successful in this competition, will be expected to establish itself as a legal entity, with each party being jointly and severally liable to the Contracting Authority, prior to the formal establishment of the framework agreement.

The Contracting Authority undertakes that these framework agreements will not be established until a statutory period of fourteen calendar days has expired, commencing on the day after the date of electronic notification of all concerned tenderers. This ‘standstill period’ is being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
